Where can I see the status of my outgoing cash transfer?

Members can track the status of transfers that are in progress directly from the "Your Portfolio" view on Arta:

  1. From your Arta home screen, navigate to "Your Portfolio"
  2. Tap on the "In Progress" chip at the top (labelled "Transactions" when there are no transfers in progress)
  3. Tap on a specific transaction for details. Transfers that are in progress should appear towards the top of this chronological list.
  4. Find the exact state of your transfer from the proceeding detail view.
