What if I see an error on my account?

If you see any errors or need assistance in any way, please contact us at membership@artafinance.com and our Member Support team will be happy to assist you.

Additionally, members have the option to provide In-App feedback, using "Send Feedback" in the overflow (three-dot) menu in the upper right of most screens throughout the mobile app or from the lower right of the right-hand navigation pane on the web.  You can expect to receive an email from the Arta team shortly after submitting your feedback.
