# What are the fees for each Private Market fund?

Each fund has a low and transparent Arta fee as well as fees charged by fund managers, which differ from fund to fund.  You can find a summary of pricing in each fund’s investment memo the Arta app.  Additionally, towards the bottom of the investment memo, in a section titled "Data Room," you can find a link to download the fund’s detailed prospectus, which provides additional information on the fund manager's fees.
