How do I wire funds from Citibank?

1. Sign on to your Citibank® Online account at citi.com
2. Select Payments & Transfers
3. Select Any External Account
4. Select Set up a Wire Transfer
5. Choose US for the bank location
6. Chose Business for the bank account type
7. Choose the Citibank account you want to send funds from
8. Select a date to initiate the wire transfer
9. Enter the amount you'd like to transfer
10. Enter the following Beneficiary information:
    • Name: Pershing LLC
    • Address: One Pershing Plaza, 4th floor, Jersey City, New Jersey 07399
    • Bank Name: The Bank of New York Mellon
    • Bank Address: 240 Greenwich Street New York, NY 10007
    • Beneficiary account number: 8900512385
    • Beneficiary routing number: 021000018
    • Special instructions: Enter or paste YOUR UNIQUE WIRE CODE shown in the Arta app (e.g. XYZ4351426
      Jane Doe)
11. Review and verify wire transfer details and select Submit if you agree.

Once you've completed your transfer request with Citibank, it should appear in your Arta app in 1-2 business days (depending on the time of day your wire is scheduled).
