# How do I close my Arta account?

If you ever need to close your Arta account, just reach out to us at [membership@artafinance.com](mailto:membership@artafinance.com), and we can help walk you through the process. Please note that it can take up to two weeks to complete this process and in the meantime, you may continue to receive correspondence from Arta.  Additionally, Arta is required to maintain certain data per our regulatory requirements. Your data privacy is very important to us.
