Troubleshooting for login errors

Email verification loop

If clicking on the email verification link redirects either back to the "enter your email" screen or to the Apple Store or Google Play Store, we suggest taking the following steps:

  1. Long tap on the Sign in to Arta Finance link from the email and select the Open in Arta option. 

OR

  1. If there is no option to "Open in Arta" from your email, long tap on Sign in to Arta Finance link in your email and select "Copy link in address." 
  2. Navigate back to your Arta app where the blue "Open your email app" screen should still be displayed.
  3. Click on three-dot menu in top right and select "Paste verification code."
  4. Paste the copied link and the continue button.
