Typically, funds held in your cash account on Arta will be invested in a money market fund. In order to transfer cash out of Arta, we’ll need to first redeem your money market shares. The money market's daily redemption cut-off is 11:30 AM PST/2:30 PM EST. In order to receive same-day processing, please submit withdrawal requests no later than 10:00 AM PST/1:00 PM EST. Requests received between this time and the money market redemption deadline will be processed on a best-efforts basis.
Arta members have three methods for withdrawing funds:
- ACH - Use a previously linked account (or link a new one) to transfer funds back to your bank account. Please note that Arta reserves the right to restrict the immediate withdrawal of ACH-ed funds.
- Wire [ Not yet supported in app ] - We’re working hard to enable outgoing wire transfers from within the Arta app. In the meantime, if you need to wire funds out of your Arta account, please email us at membership@artafinance.com. For the security of your account, wire requests out of Arta may be subject to additional identity verification which may delay processing.
- ACATS - We’re happy to assist you with ACATs out of Arta or you may initiate the transfer from your desired brokerage. Email us at membership@artafinance.com to request assistance. Please note that once an Arta account has been funded by ACATs, it must maintain a $200 balance in order for the account to remain open.
Please note:
Arta can only fund your account from a bank or brokerage account that shares the same account holder name as your Arta account.
