Wires:
Once your wire lands in your cash account, you’ll receive an email notification from Arta and funds will be visible in your Arta app the following business day. Wire transfers are typically completed within the same business day but may take up to three business days.
Please note, your financial institution does not communicate the details of pending wire transfers to Arta. For the status of wire transfers before they arrive at Arta, please check with your bank.
ACH / Linked Account:
Once an ACH transfer is initiated, the status of the transfer can be viewed almost immediately in the Arta app following the instructions below.
ACATs:
Transfers of securities or cash in via ACATs cannot be tracked in real-time using the Arta app. Arta's membership team, however, can keep you up to speed on the status of your the transfer directly. If you're transferring securities, they will appear at the bottom of "Your Portfolio" in the Arta app once the transfer has completed. Cash transfers will appear in your cash balance (also accessible from the bottom of "Your Portfolio") once settled.
Members can track the status of ACH transfers that are in progress directly from the "Your Portfolio" view on Arta:
