How do I send a wire from TechCU

  1. Sign in to your TechCU Online Banking account
  2. Select on Transfers from the menu
  3. Click on Wire Transfer

To proceed, you'll need details found in your Arta app. From Your Collection (swipe left from the home screen), tap Add Funds and choose Wire Transfer.

In your TechCU Online Banking account, enter:

  • Name of the Receiving Institution: The Bank of New York Mellon
  • Routing Number of the Receiving Institution: 021000018 
  • The Address of the Receiving Institution: One Pershing Plaza, 4th Floor, Jersey City, New Jersey 07399
  • The Name of the Beneficiary: Pershing LLC
  • The Account Number of the Beneficiary: 8900512385
  • Reference Number: use YOUR UNIQUE WIRE CODE shown in the Arta app (e.g. XYZ4351426

  • Further Credit to: use YOUR UNIQUE WIRE CODE shown in the Arta app (e.g. XYZ4351426

Once you've completed your transfer request with TechCU, it should appear in your Arta app in 1-2 business days (depending on the time of day your wire is scheduled).
