- Sign on to your Chase online account
- Tap on the menu item, Pay & transfer
- Tap on Pay bills & send money with Zelle
- Tap on Wires & global transfers.
Add Arta as a Recipient ( First Time Only )
If this is your first time wiring funds to Arta from Chase, you will have to add Arta as a recipient first then proceed to wire funds. If you've already wired funds Arta from Chase, you can skip this section.
To proceed, you'll need details found in your Arta app. From Your Collection (swipe left from the home screen), tap Add Funds and choose Wire Transfer.
On Chase.com:
- Tap on Add Recipient
- Enter the routing number: 021000018
- Chase will automatically pull the bank name and bank address. Please confirm these match what you see on the Arta app:
- Bank name: The Bank of New York Mellon
- Bank address: 240 Greenwich St, 18th Fl, New York, NY 10007
- Enter the recipient account number: 8900512385
- Enter it again to confirm you entered the numbers correctly
- Add a message to bank: Enter or paste YOUR UNIQUE WIRE CODE shown in the Arta app (e.g. XYZ4351426 Jane Doe)
- In the recipient section, enter the following details (as seen in the Arta app):
- Recipient country: United States
- Recipient name: Pershing LLC
- Recipient nickname: My Arta Account (or any other name you will recognize)
- Address 1: One Pershing Plaza
- Address 2: 4th Floor
- City: Jersey City
- State: New Jersey
- Zip Code: 07399
- Message to recipient: Enter or paste YOUR UNIQUE WIRE CODE shown in the Arta app (e.g. XYZ4351426 Jane Doe)
- Tap on Next to finish adding the recipient
- You are now ready to wire funds to Arta
Send a Wire to Arta
On the Wires & global transfers page on Chase.com, you will now see Pershing LLC (or the nickname you entered) on the list of recipients.
- Click on Send money
- Choose the Chase account you want to send funds from
- Enter the amount you'd like to transfer
- Choose a date you'd like the funds to be sent (default is today)
- Confirm, at the bottom of the screen, that both the Message to recipient bank and Message to recipient have YOUR UNIQUE WIRE CODE from the Arta app (e.g. XYZ4351426 Jane Doe)
- Tap on Next
- Review the details and make sure they are correct
- Click on Schedule Wire, then Close
Once you've completed your transfer request with Chase, it should appear in your Arta app in 1-2 business days (depending on the time of day your wire is scheduled). For more information on wires from Chase please see their help article here.

- Tap on Pay & transfer from the bottom menu bar
- Tap on Wires & global transfers
- Follow the instructions above for Chase Web to complete your wire request
