Why did I receive a Pershing letter about failed notification?
All Arta members are enrolled in e-Delivery by default. If you received a letter about a failed notification, it may be due to a full inbox or another issue with your email. Please reach out to membership@artafinance.com, and we’ll verify your information and re-enroll you in e-Delivery. You may also request to add a secondary email address to help ensure successful delivery.
