Why can’t I place a trade even though I see a balance in my account?

Self-directed trading is only enabled when you have sufficient reconciled funds in your account. Even if your account shows a balance, recent deposits or transfers may still be in the process of clearing.

Please buffer in 1–2 trading days for funds to fully settle and become available for self-directed trading.
