Where can I see the status of my outgoing cash transfer?
Members can track the status of transfers that are in progress directly from the "Your Portfolio" view on Arta:
If you have any questions at all about withdrawing funds or securities from your Arta account, please don’t hesitate to contact us at membership@artafinance.com.
- From your Arta home screen, navigate to "Your Portfolio"
- Tap on the "In Progress" chip at the top (labelled "Transactions" when there are no transfers in progress)
- Tap on a specific transaction for details. Transfers that are in progress should appear towards the top of this chronological list.
