# What is the trading timeline for a custom structured product?

Strike prices are based on Market-On-Close (MOC) prices, which is a standard execution method to ensure consistency and transparency.

Orders placed before 9am Eastern Standard Time on a trading day will be eligible for same-day execution (i.e. closing price when the market closes later that day) while orders placed after 9am Eastern Standard Time may be executed either on same-day or the next trading day (T+1).

If an order includes one or more underlying assets that are no longer tradable that day, the trade will have to wait until the next trading day (e.g. a mixed Hong Kong / US note requested at 7pm Singapore Time).
