How do I change my legal and/or mailing address?

For security purposes, address changes must be requested through the Arta app.

1. Log in to the Arta app.
2. Send us the request through the in-app chat to update your legal and/or mailing address.
3. Upload proof of address in the app by clicking on Family Office name → Important Documents → Upload Documents. Upload an acceptable document that
1. Is in your name, and
2. Is dated within the last three months (e.g., bank/brokerage statement, utility bill, telco bill, or tenancy agreement).
3. The Membership team will review your request and follow up if anything else is needed.
