# Does Arta support trading in the U.S. Publicly Traded Partnership (PTP) securities?

Yes, Arta currently allows customers to trade U.S. Publicly Traded Partnership (PTP) securities on the Arta platform. Availability is not guaranteed and may change at any time in response to regulatory or custodial requirements.

However, Arta does not provide any representation, warranty, monitoring or ongoing review regarding the classification of PTP securities. It is solely the responsibility of members to perform their own due diligence to:

\- Determine whether a security is or remains a PTP.  
\- Understand the tax and reporting implications of holding or trading such securities, including potential withholding under IRS Section 1446(f).

Arta does not maintain an automated process to identify or flag PTP securities, and Arta does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice. By choosing to trade these securities, members acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any associated consequences, including any withholding, limitations, or future restrictions that may arise if laws, custodial practices, or regulatory guidance change.
