# Can I open an account with Arta Wealth Management Pte. Ltd. if I am a US citizen or reside in the US?

Arta Wealth Management Pte. Ltd. caters exclusively to non-US persons and is regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). If you reside outside the US and are not a US citizen, we invite you to apply for an account, subject to our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) checks.
